MS4 Stormwater Pond Retrofit

Contracted by the municipality of Frederick County, Maryland, Utilities Unlimited is responsible for retrofitting four stormwater management facilities located in Adamstown and Jefferson. The MS4 stormwater pond retrofit was a unique and challenging part of a Frederick County restoration plan several decades in the making.
